good, old fashioned scary flick
If you liked Saw, Devil's Rejects, Hostel, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and other modern day horror films then you'll love this flick. But it's really similar to The Shining and the feel of that kind of scary flick which is really, really cool. I highly recommend this movie.
I saw a DVD of this flick and had no expectations. (My friend is a critic who let me watch it -- no names given here). So it was a total accident that I checked it out. Pretty cool movie. It's got native American stuff in it, Troy Beyer (who is sexy -- wish she worked more) and Karen Black who is always scaaarrry! (as the demonic mother).
Anyway, basic story is this -- what happens when a murdering teen is let out of the nuthouse and sent back home years later?? Nothing good!! Check it out.
